American Physicians Service Group [stckqut]AMPH[/stckqut] has agreed to be acquired by ProAssurance. I am removing this stock from my Watch List. If you would have purchased the company when I first rated it as a Good Company, you would have made about $8.50 per share (or roughly 37%).
