The Company’s solutions are used across a range of industries, including agriculture, architecture, civil engineering, construction, environmental management, government, natural resources, transportation and utilities. As of December 28, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company acquired Vico Software, Inc.; the assets of Refraction Technology, Inc. (REF TEK); TMW Systems Holding LLC, including its operating subsidiary, TMW Systems, Inc. (TMW); Logicway of Oldenzaal; WinEstimator, Inc.; Gatewing of Gent, a provider of lightweight unmanned aerial vehicles for photogrammetry and rapid terrain mapping applications; Plancal of Horgen, and StruCad and StruEngineer business from AceCad Software. In January 2013, the Company acquired LK Technologies Inc of Princeton NJ. In June 2013, the Company acquired Trade Service Co LLC. In June 2013, it announced that it has acquired privately held Actronic Holdings Limited of Auckland.
