Century Casinos, Inc. (CCI) is an international casino entertainment company, which develops and operates gaming establishments and related lodging and restaurant and entertainment facilities. As of December 31, 2011, the Company, through its various subsidiaries owns Century Casino & Hotel- Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Century Casino Calgary - Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Century Casino & Hotel - Central City, Colorado, Century Casino & Hotel - Cripple Creek, Colorado. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a total of 396 slots machines and 55 table games aboard the 12 cruise ships. The Company also hold a 33.3% ownership interest in and actively participate in the management of Casinos Poland Ltd (CPL), the owner and operator of four casinos throughout Poland. In November 2013, the Company announced that its 66% owned subsidiary Casinos Poland Ltd successfully launched a second casino in Warsaw.
Confident Investor comments: At this time, I think that a Confident Investor can cautiously invest in Century Casinos, Inc. as long as the price is correct. Most of the fundamentals of Century Casinos, Inc. are good, in fact the company ranks as a Good company, but there are some concerns with the price of the stock. I am concerned that the upside is not sufficient for me to add to my Watch List.
