The Company operates in four segments: Engineering, Construction and Maintenance; Fabrication Services; Technology, and Government Solutions. The Engineering, Construction and Maintenance segment offers engineering, procurement, and construction for energy infrastructure facilities, as well as integrated maintenance services. The Fabrication Services segment provides fabrication of piping systems, process and nuclear modules, and fabrication and erection of storage tanks and pressure vessels. The Technology segment offers licensed process technologies, catalysts, specialized equipment, and engineered products. The Government Solutions segment undertakes programs and projects, including design-build infrastructure projects for federal, state, and local governments, as well as offers environmental services for government and private sector customers.
