During 2010, it drilled 113 gross wells. During 2010, it sold various properties. In December 2010, the Company sold Pennsylvania gathering infrastructure of approximately 75 miles of pipeline and two compressor stations to Williams Field Services (Williams), a subsidiary of Williams Partners L.P. In November 2010, the Company sold certain oil and gas properties in the Texas panhandle to Kimbrel Oil Corporation and Millbrae Energy VII, LLC. In July 2010, it sold its properties in the Paradox Basin in Colorado. In June 2010, it sold its Woodford shale prospect located in Oklahoma.
