I usually put this post out on Monday but with the Labor Day shut down, I waited until today. The market was generally good last week and should be good this week as well. More concern is on geo-political events that could cause a pullback. There is a very good chance that the week will be flat so individual stock choices will be important. I may make some acquisitions this week so make sure you are following me on Twitter @ConfidentInvest.

As always, my thoughts should only be used for educational purposes and any decision by the reader to use this information is subject to my disclaimer. In addition to the disclaimer, the stocks mentioned may have changed value from the time I wrote this to the time that you are reading it; therefore, the conclusions below may no longer be valid. The analysis on any investment indicator is always a short-term thought and just by being in this list the stock already is a long-term Good Company  or Fair Company and made my Watch List. If you are looking for long-term analysis of the stock, you should look for the stock in the company list that appears to the far right.

The market is not overly healthy right now. You should be cautious with your investments. There are still some good players out there and I expect this coming week to be slightly positive. Some analysts think we will be down for most of August and maybe into September. My expectation is that it will be generally flat. Cash is king right now so look for bargains!

As I predicted last week, the market was primarily flat last week with some poor earnings announcements and a troubled geo-political world. I doubt the political unrest will get better this week so investors will tend to be skittish. I foresee another flat week with some days being up and others down. Individual stocks can still do well but caution is important as you watch your portfolio.

(Regeneron) is an integrated biopharmaceutical company, which discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two marketed products: EYLEA (aflibercept) Injection and ARCALYST (rilonacept) Injection for Subcutaneous Use. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 13 product candidates in clinical development.
